What We Do
Action-Research Programs MMCAL facilitates student and faculty-led action-research projects that address pressing climate issues such as urban heat islands, renewable energy, sustainable transport, waste management, and disaster resilience.
Co-Creation Hubs Each partner university hosts a co-creation hub where students, faculty, local government units, NGOs, and private sector actors converge to ideate, prototype, and implement climate solutions tailored to Metro Manila’s unique challenges.
Capacity Building Through workshops, seminars, and training sessions, MMCAL builds the capacity of students and stakeholders to lead climate initiatives and adopt sustainable practices.
